Presentation at the exhibition BELGICA 2006
Another international presentation of the exhibition PRAGA 2008 was made by the chairman of the organizing committee, V. Vaníček, at the Congress of the Federation of European Philatelic Associations (FEPA). The meeting was held on 17 November in Brussels on the occasion of the World Stamp Exhibition BELGICA 2006.
